My Grade Finder
Corrections Policy
How to report, verify and publish corrections to formulas, calculator profiles, terminology and educational content.
What to report
Useful reports include a broken calculation, outdated policy, incorrect boundary, misleading local term, inaccessible control, broken source link or content statement that could cause a student to choose the wrong profile.
Information that helps
Send the My Grade Finder URL, exact inputs, displayed result, expected result, institution and programme, scheme or academic year, and an official source. Screenshots can clarify layout problems, but do not include a name, student number or private academic record.
Verification process
Formula issues are reproduced and recalculated independently. Policy changes are checked against a current first-party source and tested at the affected boundaries. If a reliable rule is not available, the profile may be downgraded to Custom profile, Estimate or Source check.
Publishing a correction
Confirmed fixes are applied to the calculator logic, labels, explanation, source status, metadata and relevant guide links. A changed profile is retested before release so correcting one boundary does not introduce another error.
Contact
Send correction reports to darth9081@gmail.com with the subject line “My Grade Finder correction.” We cannot verify or alter an official transcript, grade or admissions decision; those questions must go to the issuing institution.
